Remembering Evie Tornquist

Another artist my mother played often.  She even wrote a letter to Evie for me.  Surprisingly, Evie’s mother hand wrote a letter back to me!  I saved that letter forever; I had it hanging on my wall because I was so overjoyed!  We had long moved from that house and there are a lot of things I wish I still had.  I wish I had been more careful to save that letter.  Also, my father used to have fun with us kids, as a family, with his video camera.  We would lip sync to songs and he’d record us.  At the time, I was 4’11, and so I lip synced the song below, “Four Feet Eleven.”

    • I was a little girl, and my parents played her music often. Thank you, Rob, for your comment, and I am very, very happy that it blessed you! Music is powerful; funny how it can take us back to a moment in our life and cause us to feel it. God bless you!

"If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land." 2 Chronicles 7:14 God's call to the world! Are you ready?
