Return To Adonai

Deuteronomy 4:29-31

English Standard Version (ESV)

29 But from there you will seek the Lord your God and you will find him, if you search after him with all your heart and with all your soul. 30 When you are in tribulation, and all these things come upon you  in the latter days, you will return to the Lord your God and obey his voice. 31 For the Lord your God is  a merciful God.  He will not leave you or destroy you or forget the covenant with your fathers that he swore to them.

  1. Each time we read a certain scripture we always learn something new.

  2. And He will remember our covenant with Him and remind us when we fail in fulfilling it. Praise God! I too often discover new meanings in the verses I read. I have read the Bible through many times and I am always making new discoveries, things I’ve previously missed.

    • Amen, and amen Wayne. We must remember, though…with our whole heart and our whole soul we must search….as I study the Bible, I read so many verses that I’ve heard all of my life..and it’s amazing when I sit and really ponder them in my mind and in my heart, they actually have more meaning as if I had never read them to begin with. God bless you Wayne!

"If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land." 2 Chronicles 7:14 God's call to the world! Are you ready?
