Soul Deceiver—Book One—Summary
As Unified High Priest, Khalid al-Kabul and his UNIFY church gain world-wide acclaim and draw millions to their ranks, Christians fear the emergence of a one-world religion.
Krista Coblentz teams with Detective Darnell Simpson, a backslidden Christian, after police discover Krista’s best friend savagely murdered and dismembered. Krista’s relationship with Simpson disintegrates after she accepts an invitation to one of Khalid’s demonic services promoting his perfect one-world church.
Meanwhile, in Tennessee, retired Pentecostal Rev. Walter Caldwell hears from God that it’s time to take the message of repentance to the streets and God wants Caldwell to lead the effort.
Could UNIFY truly be the apostasy and the emergence of a one-world religion foretold in the Bible Christians believe it is—merely a counterfeit forged by Satan himself that shall lead even the elect astray? Or, could it be the perfect church the Bible predicts, rising up out of the darkness, delivering a new world peace by fusing Christians and Muslims together as one?
Ms. Leahz masterfully weaves this end-times thriller with excitement, murder, intrigue, romance and mystery. This fast-paced prophetic classic will leave you breathless and eagerly awaiting the second book in Ms. Leahz’s trilogy.
Endorsements:
- “What most Christians forget is that the main purpose of God’s plan for us is to fight and expose evil. Lyn Leahz in her fiction Soul Deceiver writes an amazing tale and embeds the necessary biblical truth to help us see the quagmire of delusion, deception and apostasy that engulf the church today. The gripping story sifts out the words of a sweet-talking devil that wants to unify Christianity with Islam attempting to seduce us with flattery. The story tells how the prudent spirit-filled Christian can stand firm against the works of darkness. “And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do [exploits].” (Dan 11:32) –Walid Shoebat, International Speaker and Best Selling Author of God’s War on Terror: Islam, Prophecy and the Bible. Shoebat Foundation
- “Lyn Leahz is a gifted and brilliant author. This fictional thriller is truly a page-turner that will enthrall you from the first to the last word. A highly recommended read!” —Joel Richardson, Best Selling Author of Islamic Antichrist and Mideast Beast. Joel’s Trumpet Online
- “All one needs to do is watch the daily news, or read a newspaper, and compare those words to the Books of Daniel, Ezekiel, or Revelation, to understand the times in which we live. Lyn Leahz does a great job in her book, Soul Deceiver, pulling you into the lives of her characters, to allow you to experience the scenarios of end time prophecy. If you are a lover of end times eschatology, then Soul Deceiver is a must read.” –Tim R. Philley, Executive Vice President & Chief Operations Officer, Oral Roberts University
- ”It is with great pleasure I recommend Soul Deceiver. Lyn Leahz is a gifted writer, and a remarkable Christian. Through much prayer and creativity, she has written a captivating and timely book about the end times. You will not be disappointed with this page-turner, guaranteed to keep you absorbed for hours! A must read!” –Juliana Worsham, Author, A Joyful Life Made Simple. SimplyJuliana.com
- “Soul Deceiver is a well-written, mind-captivating read. This edgy fictional work keeps you enthralled in events that could be taken right out of today’s news. Lyn Leahz stays true to God’s Word while reminding us of our calling as disciples of Christ. Our primary objective, especially during the end times, is to keep God’s Word pure and to proclaim the Word of God as true without compromise. Lyn skillfully weaves these job requirements into a fast-paced exciting read that I highly recommend!” –Greg Holt, Inspirational Christian Blogs

I am a born again, Spirit filled Christian author. I have been writing since I was very young, and have continued to do so. I feel the Lord has blessed me with this talent, and He has called me to get the message out to the world that Christ’s return is near! What better way to reach the world than to write it in books? Keep an eye open for my upcoming trilogy–Eternal Soul Series–Soul Deceiver, Soul Collector, and Soul Savior.
Thank you so much for your interaction and support by leaving your comments, reposting, and sharing these articles with your friends, family, loved ones, and especially with those who do not know the Lord as their personal Savior. Help me to spread the urgent warning to the world that our time is short; the rapture could happen at any moment! God wants no one left behind for the great and terrible tribulation, where death by beheading, or eternal death of the soul may be the only options.
If you’re living outside the will of God, I strongly urge you to please go to Him today and truly repent for living in disobedience; ask Him to help you through it. I promise you He will. It may not happen exactly when you want, but it’ll happen when it is supposed to happen because God knows everything. And since He knows everything, He knows just the perfect place, time, and situation to do it.
Maybe you even think Christians are crazy, or strange–I’ll be honest, we are! The Bible says that we are a ‘peculiar’ people…people thought Jesus Christ was crazy! At one point, His mother Mary, as well as His sisters and brothers thought he’d lost His mind! If a time comes when I am not, that’s the moment I will worry. However, if you do not know the Lord as your personal Savior, I beg you, now more than ever, to fall down on your knees before Him and cry out for Jesus.
Is there an empty place in your life? A void that can’t seem to be filled no matter what you do? Maybe you have tried to fill it with something: alcohol, sex, lust, drugs, violence, gambling, false religion, sports, video games, money–whatever it may be–God wants to fill that void for you right here and right now. I assure you will have the most blessed joy you’ve ever had in your life. I will be honest enough to say in advance that walking with the Lord does not make life easier; in fact, oftentimes, it is more difficult because you live in a body that wants to do things that don’t conform to God’s ways. Furthermore, people may persecute you or cut you down. I can assure, Jesus will send you His Holy Spirit to come down and live inside of your own spirit, and when you do suffer, you will never be alone! You will find comfort in knowing that He is with you!
In this world, even without Jesus Christ we suffer; but now we have a friend who sticks closer than a brother. Someone who never judges us wrongfully or persecutes us; someone who seeks no revenge or ill-will; someone who never leaves us nor forsakes us! We may forsake and leave Him, but He shall not leave us!
You’ve lost enough. What more do you have to lose? Come, take my hand today and pray with me. Wherever you’re at, whatever you’re doing; say, “Father God in the name of Jesus Christ; I know that I was born a sinner. Right now, without You, I am a product of the world. I want You in my life, and I want to separate myself from the terrible things of this place. Please forgive me for all of the things I’ve done in my life that have been against You and against Your will. Come into my heart right now, Jesus, and save me! Teach me to fall in love with you, and help me to find a good Christian church where I can sit beneath your anointing power. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.”
If you’ve prayed this prayer with me, (just reading it without making this decision is not the same as praying it), welcome to the family of our Lord Jesus Christ! At the moment you asked Him into your heart, the Holy Spirit stepped inside of you. You may not feel different, but don’t go by feelings. Know this…that through the Lord by the Holy Spirit you just now received, you have been given much power and strength against anything you’re confronted with in your life. Spend time in prayer, and in God’s Word so that you can develop and mature in your life IN Him! And don’t forget to spend time in fellowship with your new family in the house of God! Praise the Lord!
Things I like to do: talk about the Bible, YHVH, Yeshua, and the Holy Spirit, study the Bible in-depth, Bible prophecy, taking my Lord and Savior seriously, landscaping, planting flowers and plants, interior decorating, cleaning the house (I know, I’m strange! But I’ve already told you that!), reading, writing (obviously), walking, tennis, bicycling, exercise, writing poetry & songs. I also love being creative with healthy food! Oh, and I although I take my Lord seriously, I do have a sense of humor! There’s nothing worse than a frown-faced hum-drum Christian! Who wants to be around someone like that? Not me!

And I thought my cat had problems.
What a really strange comment, David. I’m sorry that you feel that way. I certainly will pray for you and hope that you find the Lord before all hell breaks loose upon the earth. I hope you do not wait until it is too late. I urge you to look into God’s word and find out what His word says about all that is taking place right now. The time is short, very short David. If you do not find Him, I will plant a seed here..and you will remember this. The world will say something else happened to those of us who have disappeared..I don’t know how they’ll explain it. UFO abduction? Electromagnetic Pulse? Have no clue. Just know that whatever the world says has happened to so many people, including unborn children, and all hell is breaking loose from coast to coast, it was Jesus who came for us. Never give in and take the microchip, find Christ during the day if you can…because if you don’t, your soul will eternally belong to Satan and you will be spend forever in eternal death and suffering…hell. God does not send anyone to hell, He sent Jesus to save people from hell. Satan sends you to hell by deception, causing unbelief, fasle doctrine, lust, sin..everything…anything to keep you from believing in Jesus Christ. Search your soul. The knowledge of Adonai..God…is sewn inside of your ver DNA. Find Him before it is too late. I will be praying for you in faith that you will find what I am telling you before it is too late. I have walked a life without God, and it got me nowhere. He has revealed Himself to me, and to millions of others in special ways. I pray He reveals Himself to you, if He hasn’t already. Maybe you’re just being stubborn and shutting Him out, ignoring His call. God bless you David.
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. “
David
Enough to make one a cat holic.
Thanks bography…you’re such a kind-hearted friend
Thank you and God bless you, Danielle! I appreciate that, and am happy you took the time to look me up! I hope my site blesses you as much as yours blesses me! You, also, have the great gift of writing!
Hi Lyn,
Thank you so much for posting a comment on my blog today. I’m glad you told me about your site. God has definitely blessed you with the gift of writing. I admire your passion for the Lord! May you continue to be filled by the Spirit and write down the message He is giving you!
Then the LORD replied: “Write down the revelation and make it plain on tablets so that a herald may run with it” (Habakkuk 2:2).
Say Lyn… Would it be possible if you could send your explaination to my Email. Easier to read. If not… I’ll work thru it. Thanks GF.
Biblicon 1
Sure, I’ve got your email. Give me a few.
Pretty cool site…:)
Thanks Pastor Mike. If you haven’t seen it yet, the Eric Ludy video over to the right and up here is powerful! I love it! You’ll love it too, I’m sure! Your site is pretty cool, too. God bless you, and I hope you’re feeling better today. I have been praying for you.
Pastor Mike, Lynn goes from “You are all in all” to “You are everything”
Here is a paragraph from a PANENTHEIST. How would you understand Lynn’s words in terms of the following description of God?
Johannes Eckhart of Hochheim (better known as Meister Eckhart), a Dominican priest of the 14th century, saw that far from being a quality of Jesus solely, the sonship of the Son of God is a quality of all creatures. Jesus perfectly manifested and revealed sonship. Since God the Father is the father of all things, all things are parts of the only-begotten Son, fathered by God. The Father’s Word is eternally spoken, and so the Son is eternally begotten. This divinization of all creatures, however, does not reduce God pantheistically to the Universe, for God remains the unfathomable source of all. To Eckhart, beyond even the Trinity, there is that unfathomable “essence of God” of which nothing can be known and said. Eckhart called this “Godhead,” where God is “beyond being,” and beyond even onself, transcending every possible concept of God.

I’m not sure what you’re fishing for.
Simply put, PastorMike, do you think God is everything (in any sense)?
Look…it’s clear that you are merely looking for an argument and your question is so vague that you’ve set me up to be wrong no matter what I say, so I’ll avoid it.
2 Timothy 2:23-24 Have nothing to do with foolish, ignorant controversies; you know that they breed quarrels. And the Lord’s servant must not be quarrelsome but kind to everyone, able to teach, patiently enduring evil,
You ave misread my intention, Mike. As you possibly know, Bible believers should be extra careful about language. Many are not, and that is one of the reasons there is so much strife between believers. Examples are words like “whosoever,” “everyone,” “all,” “world” and “foreknow.”
As this is such an important point, I think I need to write something more extensive on it (elsewhere).
I”ll answer my question gently and respectfully: God is not my big toe.
bography..are you actually nit picking a poem I wrote when I was praying that is special, dear, and from my heart? Shame on you!
I wasn’t particularly being hung up nor so anal on words when I was caught up in the Spirit…if I were that hung up on this word or that while writing poetry or songs, I would never be able to write. I can’t worry about the word “ALL” possibly offending someone or “everything”. As always, if someone is offended, I haven’t chained them up and handcuffed them to this website!
And I haven’t had any complaints or arguing about poems anyway! You’re the first! I wasn’t trying to please people anyway when I wrote them..I was pleasing my Father in heaven. I share them so they will touch others.
Don’t you mean, “you’re MY everything?” I do.
Hey Sis, heard you weren’t feeling well, so praying for you! God bless you Always!
Thank you..I need it! LOL Please keep praying for me.
Hi Lyn,,, I have a lil question. In your opinion; When we pray… Do we need to speak with our mouths, Or does it count when we pray in our thoughts(telepathy)? I hav always wandered that. And I remember how God tells us to find a private place to talk to him in private. What is you take on this?
Biblicon 1.
Hi Biblicon..I had wondered what happened to you…it’s been a very long time… happy to hear from you again
Praying in your thoughts and with your mouths, in my opinion, are both acceptable to God, and He hears both; however, do know that uttering with your mouth gives more power to your prayer because you are speaking it, therefore giving it substance in the spiritual realms.
We can see both negative impacts, and positive, in the Bible, showing us how powerful our words are. Here are a few verses: Proverbs 18:22 Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits. Mathew 15:18 But what comes out of the mouth proceeds from the heart, and this defiles a person. Proverbs 12:18 There is one whose rash words are like sword thrusts, but the tongue of the wise brings healing. Mathew 12:37 For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned. Psalm 19:14 Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in your sight, O Lord, my rock and my redeemer. Proverbs 25:11 A word fitly spoken is like apples of gold in a setting of silver. Luke 6:45 The good person out of the good treasure of his heart produces good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure produces evil, for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaks. James 3:6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of unrighteousness. The tongue is set among our members, staining the whole body, setting on fire the entire course of life, and set on fire by hell. 2 Corinthians 2:17 For we are not, like so many, peddlers of God’s word, but as men of sincerity, as commissioned by God, in the sight of God we speak in Christ. Proverbs 12:25 Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs him down, but a good word makes him glad.
So here, we have seen the power of words. Now, the verse you are referring to is this one: Mathew 6:5-6 “And when you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites. For they love to stand and pray in the synagogues and at the street corners, that they may be seen by others. Truly, I say to you, they have received their reward. But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.”
This particular verse was referring to the people who were being loud, and praying boastfully because they were trying to put on a show to make themselves look like something they were not. Instead of that prayer coming from their hearts, it was coming from their hypocrisy. It wasn’t a true prayer. It was more or less pertaining to the pious Pharisees and Saducees, who were hypocrites, and did everything to look and seem important and godly in the eyes of the people; but their hearts were as hard as stone.
Romans 10:9 here tells us to confess with our ‘mouths’: Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. Another fine example of our words.
If you go to a private place, you can still pray aloud to our heavenly Father. My personal thoughts are that public prayer is a necessity if we’re praying for healing for someone, or about a problem someone is having (the laying on of hands). Or, if it’s from your heart and you have a cause, and you want to go stand outside of an abortion clinic for example, as long as you’re abiding by the set laws, there’s nothing wrong with walking up and down the street praying out loud. As long as you’re genuinely praying aloud..not so people will see you…but so you can defeat spiritual wickedness in high places.
Here’s a well meant prayer, and it’s public, even if you’re at home in the midst of the entire family…we pray over our food aloud in a group, and by ourselves. Of course it’s always best when you go out to eat. When we go out to eat and say the blessing over the food, “Father God in the name of Jesus…” You can hear forks dropping everywhere and see people spitting out their food..it’s funny! LOL And then on occasion, there’s always the unsuspecting visitor you brought with you who is nervously looking around as sweat covers their face, as if they’re so embarrassed they’re going to pass out.
Overall, I would do what you feel most comfortable with; however, if you want to add a little more power to your prayer and you want to really whoop some demon butt, and you’re in the midst of some serious spiritual warfare, I would pray out loud. I would quote scripture, claim victory, and the whole nine yards. That’s what I would do. But when we’re doing our normal heart to heart with our Father, showing Him respect, we need to go to our private place and kneel before Him. Whisper, utter quietly, or think it..whatever works for you. Lie prostrate (prone) like David did if you so desire….that’s showing God the ultimate humility and respect.
I wasn’t sure if you were specifically referring to private prayer or public prayer in reference to praying aloud, so I tried to answer both
For further reading: Ephesians 6:10-20 (on spiritual warfare)
One more thought….James 5:16, “Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” EFFECTUAL: Successful in producing a desired or intended result; effective. Operative; active. FERVENT: Having or displaying a passionate intensity.
Synonyms: ardent – hot – passionate – fervid – fiery – torrid So we could say, “The active, effective and passionate prayer of a righteous man availeth (produce, profit) much.”
So, as long as your prayer is active and effective, as well as passionate (from your heart), it will produce results.
Furthermore, how we pray depends on who or what we are trying to move. Are we trying to move God? God is moved by the sincerity of our heart, our real tears, our passion, our faith, our love, our honesty. Demonic strongholds on the other hand are moved by the name of Jesus ‘spoken’ with authority, power, and command.
So how we pray sometimes depends on who and what we’re trying to move, and who we’re praying for, as well as the things I mentioned here in the previous reply.
I hope I’ve helped. God bless you.
I was referring to a personal prayer. I know that saying grace must be audible… lol.
Good booze… Good meat… Good God, lets eat!
And do you feel that I answered your question? Since I wasn’t sure exactly how you meant it, I tried to cover all bases.
I felt very blessed to read about you today, and read your words of your poem! God blesses us in many ways and you communicate them well! I am going follow you, beacuse of the light you brought into my day. Yes i know it is really what the Lord has placed in you, but it is a pure delight that He chose you to have it to live in! May your days always be blessed!
Thank you so much Wendell, and God bless you for joining me here, and for your thoughtful comments. I am overjoyed in my heart that the Lord has caused me to bless you in such a special way…what an honor! And therefore He has blessed me with you! It is always a wonderful, humbling thing when our Father uses us to reach out and touch other people in this world…whether our family in Christ, or an unbeliever who will be brought to repentance…it’s always an honor. I will check out your website as well. God bless you again, and thank you.

June 28th 2012. A trumpet sounded. An illegal who has never soluted the flag of the U.S. has destroyed the constitution via corrupt court justices.
What is the difference from when an American soldier is sent overseas to die, protecting the freedom of other countries. To dying when that soldier is denied freedom in our own country? What’s the difference?
Define; Civil War. The illegal has declared war on AZ and all stated inforcing federal immigration laws.
What’s the difference?
Could you elaborate on this further, please?
Obamacare was upheld 100% by the supreme court.
Thank you for exploring my blog, and your genuine honest posts! I am so happy to hear that Jesus Christ has done amazing things in your life.
Thank you! And God bless you for coming here to tell me that. I love your site as well. I have been into vitamins and nutrition, healthy stuff for years now! Love it! Love your page, too!
Hello Lyn! After reading your Intro/Bio, I want to repent for being so shallow in mine! May God bless you in all that you do for the Kingdom! –Sebastian
Wow, thanks..but I am only His humble servant, as you are. We are all one body..those of us who believe Jesus Christ is the Messiah, and that He is the only way to heaven. I saw a few of your posts, and they don’t seem shallow to me! “Father God in the name of Jesus Christ, bless Sebastian and anoint Him with your power and your might…for He is your child, and in Him you have revealed the ‘deepened’ things of Your Word. I pray that Your blessings and your Spirit always be upon my dear brother and his family..that they may always be called blessed, and that the light of You countenance shines down upon them at all times! In Jesus name, let the oil of Your Spirit run over! Amen!”
I receive…Amen!!!!!! Thank you my dear sister!
I’m replying to your comment about Joel Osteen here, because it would work in the appropriate place.
You’ve “said” far more. What don’t you like about Paul Washer (said on this 10 minute video)? You did watch it, no? And what don’t you like about Joel Osteen.
You are welcome! Thank you my dear brother!
You are welcome as well!
I meant, “because it would not work…”
Two thoughts:
” I believe in healthy debate; however, I don’t believe in arguing about God’s Word.”
I often find it hard to distinguish between “arguing” and presenting an argument (debating).
“Is there an empty place in your life? A void that can’t seem to be filled no matter what you do? Maybe you have tried to fill it with something; alcohol, sex, lust, drugs, violence, gambling, false religion, sports, video games, money–whatever it may be–God wants to fill that void for you right here and right now.”
I wonder how effective this kind of evangelism is.
To me, debate is when two people are trying to prove something to one another. Healthy debate is when each person listens, and no one is getting offended or upset about it. Arguing is when there is anger, pride, and upset involved. I took debate for several years in school…so there is a difference, believe me. But if it gets to a point where someone could get offended, or is beginning to get upset..that’s where it needs to end. There’s nothing wrong with people sharing their beliefs and explaining why they believe as they do. It can be a good way to get to know someone in order to evenagelize the Word to them.
As far as effective evangelism, my entire webpage is somewhat evangelism, but not just to the lost, but to the unrepentant Christian as well. This here is a statement to people who may have had or still have problem….to let them know there’s something else worth reaching for. I wouldn’t call every single sentence in every post of mine evangelism… there is a point in writing where the writer has to explain or reach out to someone with a problem.
Lyn, on the issue of evangelism, here is a 10 minute mp3 comparing Paul Washer and Joel Osteen. Please listen and comment.
Lyn, your “Is there an empty place in your life…?” is addressed to a non-Christian, not so?

Basically, I always pray before I write, and I just let the Lord lead me when I do it. That’s how I’ve always done since I was a kid. I will watch it, but mostly, I just write as the Lord leads me. I usually try not to be too anal about how I do it, or is this way better than that way or I wouldn’t be able to write. I just say, “Okay Lord, take over for me, and tell the world what you want them to hear through me!” But thanks for sharing!
Oh, one more thing of significance; I am not sure if you’re aware, but the entire western world here (USA) is in shambles spiritually, economically, etc. Thus, the book the Harbinger, and many more. The things I’m posting and the way I am evangelizing to people is probably more based on the struggles the part of the world in which I live is presently going through. I know the entire world is experiences the birth pangs of what is to come, but America is in big trouble with God right now..and these things I write speaks to the people of my culture probably differently than yours. We all have our ways of writing, or ministering that God gives us. And I am not so hard headed as to not take a step back and open-mindedly look at myself; however, I can honestly say that I know for certain the use and gift I have that God has given to me: prophecy, spiritual sensitivity, and writing. I can assure that God leads me in what I write. People get angry with me from time to time, too; but I must always consider what God wants first, whether it seems good or right to another person or not. I thought I would say this to give you a better explanation so that I didn’t sound like I was rude or anything
No, it is addressed to both. Many Christians fall short of God’s glory and backslide as well, getting caught up in worldly things, as well as addictions. As a youth who grew up in church and gave her life to the Lord, I almost killed myself with anorexia and bulimia. I got down to 48 pounds, or something like that. I had a heart attack, and you could also count my ribs through my shirt in my back. I did it for years, and am blessed to be alive. Then, as the years went by, I became addicted to being noticed and men. I had once been saved, but I had walked away…far far away.
One evening when I was deeply caught up in the eating dissorders and near death, I had an experience. I awoke to the demon of death standing next to my bed..which I believe I shared briefly with you once before. I believe wholeheartedly that I died, but the Lord said, “It’s not your time!” I wasn’t going to heaven. I wasn’t living for the Lord, I was rebellious, and living a sinful and corrupt life. I could hear a ringing in my ears, and I felt awful. I couldn’t speak, no matter how hard I tried. I was above myself looking down, and I cried out in my mind, “Jesus! Jesus! Oh God, in the name of Jesus, please help me!” Suddenly, I was lying in my bed once again. ALthough I continued in this behavior of eating dissorders up until 1994.
In 1991, I almost died of renal failure. I didn’t urinate for a day and a half. I was young, and didn’t know what real danger I was in. I had to go so bad, but nothing would come out. I looked like I was several months pregnant. I went to the hospital and they drained several bags of fluid from my bladder.
Hell is very real, so are demons, and even more real is the trinity; YHVH, YESHUA, and the Holy Spirit. I’ve had many more spiritual experiences than this, but I have to say…and you and I have gone back and forth on this…but the Bible says, “Not everyone who cries out Lord Lord will enter the Kingdom of heaven. I did this for you, and that for you, and prophesied…but I will say I never knew you…” I’m not quoting that verbatim here…but from my mind, so please forgive me.
God had mercy on you, and not on myriads of others who were in your condition. I think of some who were close to me. I think of Rosns 9: “I will have mercy on whom I (want to) have mercy…”
Yes, God definitely had mercy on me..that is for certain. I am not sure why. And this wasn’t the first time; I was almost miscarried, my mother was hemmoraging badly; as a baby, I had such bad cholic I almost died. My mother prayed for me and felt the power of the Holy Spirit heal me through her fingers; I was almost blown up in a car that was on fire by the gas tank as a teen; I almost died from eating dissorders several times, but that time was the only time I did die, that I’m aware of….there was an earlier time the same eve, but I never saw anything; in 2000, the same nasty demon visited me, and I was literally warring in the spirit…it was as if someone was pulling your body forward while you were lying down, and you were throwing yourself back down (except in the spirit). My voice cried out in a song, “I have the power in Jesus, Jesus! I have the power in Jesus, Jesus!” And it released me. It has come for me relentlessly here in the past few months at night..nothing like that one time, but it comes because I sense it and I feel weird when it is near; my heart skips beats and I’ve seen its shadow. But I say, “In the name of Jesus Christ you foul, unclean spirit, get away from me! For it is written, ‘greater is He who is in me, than you devils that are in the world!’ I also say, and this is not a verse, but I say, ‘I am a child of the MOST HIGH GOD, sickness, disease, death, and any satanic stronghold have no dominion over me!’
On a positive note, I had a good laugh two years ago. For over a day, the hot water pipe in the bathroom tub would not work. I didn’t want to bug the owner of my house so we all washed up at the sink. Finally, I said, “I’m going to pray over it!” My friend was present, and just laughed at me. She tried real hard and prayed over it, nothing happened (this is silly..but hey, it happened!). I said, “I’m doing this again!” So I said, “In the name of Jesus, I command hot water to come out of this faucet at once!” I had a thought to turn the hot water handle to the left slowly, three times all the way forward, then all the way back. Then, I had a thought, “Now Lyn, on the fourth time do it hard and fast!” So I did..and the water burst out of the pipe like it was supposed to! It’s never gotten stuck again! And it was 45 degrees outside, not frozen. My friend couldn’t believe it…we were laughing our heads off!
I said, “Thank you Jesus!”
Nice new look to your site.
Thanks bography..but I just changed it again! I was working on it when you looked…might want to check it again before you sign yourself to that one!
I’m not a Joel Osteen fan. That’s all I’m saying.
Look him up on Youtube. That’s all I will say publicly. I’m sorry, but I can’t speak openly on a public blog about certain things or opinions involving people. I’m sure you understand.
Hi Lyn,
Thank you for stopping by my blog. I really do like your blog and and very impressed with the content. I do not have a doubt that God will use you mightily to spread the Gospel.
One facts is that you have a desire and are willing to follow through on it.
I pray God’s guidance and direction in your great endeavor to spread His Word to many nations.
God bless.
Debra
Thank you so much Minister Aiken, and God bless you. You are a truly beautiful spirit; I could see this as I read through some of your articles on your page. Yes, God gave me these three books; they are 500+ pages in standard paperback..and I wrote a book a month. He did it for me! They just came out of me. The first one, Soul Deceiver, is the call to repentance for a nation/world of corruption and sin. The second one, Soul Collector, is the call of the Exodus during the tribulation in which a very evil man is brought to his knees by God, and stands in the face of the false prophet crying out, “Let My people go!” The message of this book is 2 Chron. 7:14; the third book, Soul Savior, ends with Jesus defeating the enemy; and He isn’t the humble, servant Jesus; He is the righteous Jesus of war–mighty, powerful, and robust! He walks circles around Satan on His white horse, stirriing the dust of the ground in Satan’s face. I think you’ll reallly like it. The Lord told me several months prior, through a verse in Proverbs…”do that work with your hands…” I knew He meant writing. Then all of a sudden, it just came out..and there it was…and it was too easy to find a best selling Christian agent….and all of that…God’s hands were constantly at work, and still are! God bless you!
Oh, they’re not out yet. The first one, Soul Deceiver, should be out by mid to late Fall, or beginning of winter at the latest. If I’m lucky, it would be earlier..but things like this take time. I will keep everyone posted when the first one is out; I’ll post an entry here with the title as “My book is available!” My agent and I just fine tuning the final copy and then we’re off! Thanks so much for all of the likes and kind comments! God bless you! Did you happen to take a look at my most recent article, because I have a blurb in it from my second book in the series, Soul Collector. Scroll up here and look to the right under recent posts..crown of thorns, are you wearing yours? I included an excerpt about three or four paragraphs down. Let me know what you think! Thanks, and God bless you and your family!
Hi Lyn. Thanks for the input over our way. We thoroughly enjoy your stuff over here. Quick question… How does one find a link to the first part of your trilogy? We’d be interested… but, I can’t seem to find reference to it here. Nothing new for me. My wife tells me specifically where things are all the time… which I can’t find… and she walks straight to them. Blessings.
